Tracking Your Cross Connection Control Program

 (Course ID#: MWWA 23-008)

Many utilities struggle with the daunting task of tracking the multitude of components of a cross connection control program. Facility surveys, device installation testing/retesting, issuing notices, and reporting to the state are just a few of the many tracking and reporting challenges that utilities face. A user-friendly and comprehensive tracking system saves time and money. Attendees of this training will learn about the several tracking products that are available to utilities. The training will also provide an overview of the value of an organized program for both in-house purposes as well as the regulatory reporting requirements.

 Learning Objectives:

 Review the importance of a tracking system for both internal efficiency and regulatory reporting;
 Learn about the products that are available and the features they can offer utilities;

This course is approved for 2.5 TCHs (Training Contact Hours) for Massachusetts Water Operators. It will be taught using the Zoom platform.  Participants will need to have a reliable highspeed internet connection and computer device with both video and audio capability.
