EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:

Don’t miss this opportunity to display your company’s products to 1,200-1,400 industry professionals in one place on one day.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPACE IS AVAILABLE

  • The EARLY DISCOUNT registration fee is $400.00 per 25’ x 25’ outside open space display area (tables and chairs are not provided). Only display vehicles will be allowed in your exhibit area; all other vehicles must be parked in the lot.  If you require larger than a 25’ x 25’ area, you must purchase additional space.
  • The EARLY DISCOUNT registration fee is $350.00 per 6’ x 8’ area inside the base lodge (5’ table and 2 chairs provided).
  • REGISTER BEFORE AUGUST 9TH TO GET THE EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT!
  • Meals are an additional cost of $49 per meal.

Many utilities are faced with the gigantic task of replacing miles of pipe that is nearing the end of its life. A proper evaluation of the pipe material options requires an understanding of each material’s advantages and proper applications. This session will bring together industry experts from polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC), high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) and ductile iron pipe (DI). The presenters will also provide information regarding important design considerations and methods of installation.

Learning Objectives:
• Review the common types of pipe materials used in the water industry.
• Understand the important factors to consider when evaluating the pipe material selection.
• Discuss typical pipe projects and pipe installation considerations.

The session is approved for 2.0 TCHs (Training Contact Hours) for Massachusetts Water and Wastewater operators as well as Rhode Island Water Operators.

To register for the YP Hike:

Please join the YP committee on a hike to the summit of Wachusett Mountain before the Summer Expo on August 26th.  We will start the hike at 8am leaving time to freshen up and a quick change before the expo course lets out.  We will meet at the Balance Rock Trailhead which is located in the same parking log as the ski lodge. Please bring water and any snacks you may want during the hike.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Tickets:  Tickets are required to enter the grounds.  Wristbands will be issued at the registration desk to allow you access to all activities and food.  Tickets will NOT be mailed.  They must be picked up at the Summer Expo registration desk or through prior arrangement with MWWA.  Those purchasing multiple tickets should make arrangements to distribute their tickets at the entrance to the Summer Expo.  A Will-call table will be available to leave/pick-up tickets

Photograph and Information Release:  Photographs will be taken at this event.  By registering for this event you agree to allow MWWA to use your photo in any MWWA-related publication or social media site.
